Return Policies
Refund Lesson Fees
Lesson and Membership fees are non-refundable.
-If for any unforeseen circumstance the class is canceled, the class will be rescheduled. The fee will be refunded if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.
Refund Tattoo Design Fees
Tattoo design fees are non-refundable.
Return Original Art and Prints
If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork entirely, please return the work within 7 days of receiving it.
1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. You must return the goods within 7 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. After we have received the artwork, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned.
Return Bespoke Art
For bespoke orders, we will not accept the return.
Returns Process
STEP 1 – Please email enquiries@kashuucalligraphy.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work. Please print this email and include it with the artwork when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
STEP 2- We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email enquiries@kashuucalligraphy.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
How Can I Cancel My Bespoke Art Order?
If you would like to cancel your Bespoke art order, please email enquiries@kashuucalligraphy.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the artwork has already been processed, you will still have to pay the deposit.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
STEP 1 – Within 7 days of your merchandise delivery date, please email enquiriest@kashuucalligraphy.com to give us your order information.
STEP 2 – Email the photo of damaged artwork and original packaging to enquiries@kashuucalligraphy.com
STEP 4 – We will contact you to discuss next steps.
